Veteran Foward Josimar Vaz Cardoso who has represented Guinea Bissau in several National Team Competitions has led his club BC Queluz to a ProLiga title of 2nd divison Portugal. With this victory, Quelez will be promoted to LigaBetlic. Cardoso is the team captain for the team. This season he averaged 11.9ppgg and 6.7rpg, starting in 28 games for the year.
